Τα θερμόμετρα φούρνου είναι κατάλληλα και για ξυλόφουρνο?

Εγώ έχω ψήσει σε ξυλόφουρνο με το Meater.
Έκανε πολύ καλή δουλειά.
Είδε τον ρυθμό που αυξάνονταν η θερμοκρασία του κρέατος και τον ρυθμό που μειώνονταν η θερμοκρασία του ξυλόφουρνου και μου έβγαλε στο περίπου πόσοι ώρα ακόμη θέλει για να είναι έτοιμο.
