Silicone: Flexible and non-stick material, resistant to oven and freezer temperatures.
Ceramic: The advantage of material is to slowly and uniformly channel heat into the mixture. It is more prone to breakage compared to other materials such as plastic or silicone.
Cast Iron: Ideal material for slow cooking at a steady temperature. The use of cast iron molds on stovetops or grills is not recommended.
Plastic: Material suitable for freezing but not for oven use.
