Gel: They come in a variety of ink colors and have a bright writing. The ink is more fluid than ballpoint pens, so they "flow" more easily, but they can smudge. They last less than ballpoint pens. Ideal for drawings and long writing sessions.
Liquid Ink: (Rollerball) They produce the most ink compared to other types, have comfortable writing, do not leave gaps, but can smudge. Not suitable for low-quality paper. Ink lasts less compared to other types.
