  I received 2 stoves where almost all the bulbs are broken at the edges in both stoves. Nevertheless, the stoves work properly and I have installed them and I am very satisfied with their performance. They heat up quickly and are perfect for keeping the baby away since they are wall-mounted. The funny thing is that the stoves had very good packaging from the store that sent them with bubble wrap and the boxes were not damaged. I believe they came broken straight from the factory or anyway that's how they arrived at the store before they sent them to me. I hope your stoves did not arrive broken like mine.

  I installed it vertically on the bathroom wall due to limited space. It worked fine for 2 winters. It probably would have lasted longer, but the bulbs burned out and I suspect it's because of the installation where the hail was accumulating on one side. The rope also broke easily, but I opened it up and fixed it easily, and also wrapped it with some tape at the point where it ties to prevent it from breaking again from friction. The installation, like with all stoves of this type, is difficult but not impossible if you have some handy skills. The consumption is as advertised. Clearly, without hidden charges. At full power, you can't stand in front of it within 1 meter. For such a small price and performance, it's worth it.

  We have placed it in the toilet, we are talking about a 3-ply. With careful use, the string broke. Unfortunately, we couldn't fix it because we couldn't open it. It's not worth it, don't waste your money!!!! Choose something better with a little more money.

  I have this specific heater for 10 months. So far, I have been completely satisfied. But suddenly one day, 2 out of the 3 bulbs stopped turning on and reading the warranty, I saw that this is not covered... I am left with one bulb and will use it as long as it lasts. Then, I will choose something of higher quality. Unfortunately, in the past, I had a similar problem with a toaster from the same company...
