I had bought it a few years ago and I had used it quite a bit (amateurishly). The motor broke down on me and I am looking to buy a new one, but the problem is that it is out of stock. The representative asked me for more than half the money for a new one
I bought the 7,000. It is my first contact with a digger and from the comments I knew that the assembly would ANNOY me to a degree that I might even BREAK it DELIBERATELY IN THE END. That's why I bought it from Kouretas in Pefki, who provides them assembled without charging extra like others. Just ask where you will get oil and in 5 minutes he will show you the functions. I dedicated a few minutes to put oil and in about 20 minutes I became an expert. It works great. Powerful.
I am very satisfied with the purchase of this machine. I also have a Honda F560, which is a good machine, but compared to the Nakayama, I would say that the Nakayama is more cost-effective.
I put it in forward three times, everything was fine. For a small field next to the house, for the grass and more, it is always clean, super. Almost half an acre with less than 4 € of gasoline. Assembly was okay, it needed a little help from the manual. It still doesn't give you any clear instructions on how to connect anything to it in general. It would be better to have a mechanic put in the oils, etc. to have it ready in a day, in my opinion. It digs very well. The speed is very good. The wheels are strong. It is not too heavy. Okay. It is suitable for a house with a garden or a small field with trees, etc.
Excellent quality, no comparison to a cheap Chinese cultivator I had, which I had bought at almost the same price. Powerful motor, digs deep. Very honest!
I bought it about 3-4 years ago. It was at a dirt cheap price due to remaining stock and the seller wanted to get rid of it. It hasn't broken or malfunctioned at all. I take good care of it, washing and drying it after each use, etc. I use it to dig trenches about 100 square meters, 3-4 times a year, and I also dig trenches for my neighbors. It's a very high-quality tool for its price, although a bit heavy, especially when you have to tilt it to change the wheels and blades. I changed the oil in the transmission last year, and I also replaced the crown coil to see its condition. I found a small metal grease inside, but it was perfect.
I bought it for my garden, it has been digging for 10 hours, 100 sq.m. X 4 times with a few stones inside. It starts on the first try, I have dug up to about 25cm deep, almost enough for the axle of the diggers to fit. When it was untilled, the dry field would stall several times and kick when it hit a stone. It is economical in operation. The lever on the red handle broke. When I reverse, most of the time it hits the gearbox. I would suggest buying a stronger engine because it doesn't have enough power in second gear to turn the diggers faster to grind semi-dry grass, for example, vetch, artichoke leaves. The orange guards are useful, they don't throw stones or grass. The wheels are bad, they don't have good traction on the dug ground, they slip, making it difficult to use the plow. It doesn't have a chassis, the frame is one attachment supported by another. It's worth the €510 in November 2021. The second damage in October 2023, the fuel pipe from the tank burst and the fuel was falling onto the cylinder base during operation, extremely dangerous.
I intended to first gain experience using the tiller and today, after five months of seeing it at 599 euros, I estimate that its price will increase significantly above its current price. The code MB7005 indicates that it is a newer version of the corresponding MB 7000, which is probably being discontinued. In October, when I bought it for 515 euros, the MB 7000 had been tested with good reviews, while the MB7005 had no substantial evaluation. I took a risk because of its similarity to the tested MB 7000, the code MB 7005 indicating a new and improved version, and the approximately 230 euros that the MB 7005 was cheaper at the time. The purchase was successful, although I had some problems due to my inexperience. The machine, as a gasoline-powered one, is lightweight. It would be helpful if it had additional weights to make the plow and the tiller go deeper.
It took me many hours to fix it because the instructions are unacceptable. In the field, it is very good... until you learn it a little later, you take a walk. Very powerful and economical in terms of its gasoline.
Very good machine. It starts easily, digs quite deep, burns very little, works continuously without overheating. I have had it for three years and it operates like the first day. I highly recommend it!
I bought it 4 months ago...
Nice packaging with a metal frame that has everything inside, but it takes a little time to assemble...
Very very good material construction for Chinese...
Very easy to start!!
The most impressive thing is that it has "automatic" throttle (when it struggles, it shifts gears on its own)
I tilled 2 acres of very hard soil plus half with potatoes... Very comfortably and quickly!!!
For its price, it is wonderful!!!!
The machine is very good. It understands nothing. I have used it on very hard soil and it did an incredible job.
The manual it comes with is the worst I have ever seen. The machine comes unassembled and the instructions really don't say anything about assembly. However, it is not difficult for someone who has a little experience with diggers.
Guys, it's amazing. I had a chainsaw before and I decided to try the router as well. I have routed planks in Larissa and it works very well without any problems
I have had it for 4 years with minimal maintenance and it performs great every year. Very powerful without any damages, and I have even dug up old soil with rocks. Great tool
I bought the tiller in 2013. Back then, it cost 570 euros. I use it for about 15-20 hours per year, purely for amateur purposes on a 1.5-acre property. I cultivate small trees in relatively soft and fertile soil. So far, it has never let me down. Just to give you an idea, I park it under an orange tree all year round, without any protection! Only once, it wouldn't start, so I took it to a mechanic who told me that the oil valve, which protects the engine from starting if there is no oil in the crankcase, had been disabled. It also had a problem with the handle spring. I repaired it with very little money. The peripheral controls are a bit cheap. It is flexible, lightweight, and works well around small trees. If it lasts, for example, 15 years, it is definitely value for money! Overall, however, it does not match the quality of Honda, Minos, or more expensive models that cost twice as much.
In conclusion, for an amateur, it is certain that it will pay off. As for its longevity after 10 or 15 years, without spending a lot of money on expensive maintenance, I don't know! But it will definitely recoup its cost for a few years!
I completely agree with the previous speaker. The instructions were severely lacking. However, I believe that the price-to-product ratio is excellent. Whoever wants can replace the screws with locks and the usage becomes simplified.
Although it is a Chinese machine, I can say that it is quite good. It digs satisfactorily while being relatively quiet. I have used it twice (in relatively soft soil) and I have been satisfied. A big advantage is its small weight. Of course, do not expect the quality of materials that you will find in well-known and expensive companies. For its price (249 euros) and for relatively small-medium areas, it is a good purchase.
The tiller is Chinese and named by the Greek representative as Nakayama, which refers to Japanese or Korean. However, this does not diminish its value, but there is no Nakayama company. The manual provided by the representative is incomplete and laughable. I bought the 7000 classic. I tried it and it does the job well, but it is a shame for the Greek consumer to have such treatment. To understand what I mean, there are no instructions on how to put it forward. So, what should someone do if they don't have basic knowledge?
I have it for a while, it works great, it picks up immediately....and the only slight negative is that the front wheel easily sinks, but an experienced operator won't have any particular issue....the inexperienced like me, gets more tired.
