This book presents an effective method for teaching soccer to children aged 10 to 18, even under difficult conditions. It includes exercises for technique, tactics, headers, shots, ball control, dribbling, and more. There are also exercises for goalkeepers. These exercises can be applied on both grass fields (5x5, 7x7, 11x11) and indoor soccer.

Step by step, elements of technique and simple tactics are built, in order to ultimately transmit the ability to play 11 vs 11. The book contains 6 training units (a total of 18) for each age level (10-13 years, 14-16 years, 16-18 years). Each training unit lasts 80 minutes and can be easily applied in soccer teaching and training. These specific training units are used by German coaches in soccer lessons in German sports schools, as well as in soccer academies.
