The metal is good and the construction holds up to a point where you will enjoy it, your children, grandchildren, and possibly your great-grandchildren if you take care of it

Excellent. The quality of Opinel is well-known. The only negative was that the safety ring came particularly "tight," resulting in difficulty rotating it easily. There are relative videos on YouTube on how to fix this issue. Now it's perfect.

Very sharp, like a razor. Light in construction. A major disadvantage I consider is that they did not invest at all in its handle. It reminds me of polystyrene, ready to break. Not a sturdy handle at all. I prefer a smaller ALPIN that I have available.

A small, lightweight (28g) knife for everyday carry use but also for outdoor activities as the double safety ring locks its blade (7cm). A good choice for anyone who wants a simple and discreet traditional pocket knife.
