Bad product, at least for my body. I would get sleepy within 2 hours of taking it. However, along with the sleepiness, I often experienced dizziness and a tendency to feel nauseous. I felt sick. I would wake up multiple times during the night, even every hour. I will not buy this again. At least for me, it had several issues. As soon as I finished them and switched brands, all the problems were solved and I also sleep much better.
Update 06/12/22:
This particular supplement has improved my sleep. Now I can fall asleep without having to take the pill. Just lying down at night and I feel sleepy. Basically, what I want to say is that many times I don't have time to take the pill before sleep because I fall asleep before I even realize it.
Guys, this product is top-notch, even though I expected it since the company is good. If you take a pill before sleep, let it take effect for a few minutes and then lie down - relax with your eyes closed, in no time you will fall asleep.
I say this because if I did this without the pill, I would constantly change sides for hours.
Regarding the comments I read about nightmares, simply no connection (at least for me). I don't believe that the dietary supplement has any influence on dreams. Just a coincidence.
It takes a long time to take effect, if it ever does.

Very good, after about 1 hour you fall asleep as if a train has hit you. It makes me have more vivid dreams but it doesn't bother me.
I got it yesterday evening after having terrible insomnia for the past two weeks. The pharmacist told me that it would take a few days to take effect. So, I don't know if it's just because my body was exhausted and it simply shut down, but yesterday I slept like a baby for almost 8 hours. I must have woken up at some point, but I remember it very vaguely and fell back asleep immediately, even though I usually struggle to fall back asleep when I wake up. Also, I don't remember dreaming at all, while I usually dream quite a bit. Of course, I still have some aches in my leg bones as if I didn't rest enough, but after so many sleepless nights, I imagine it's normal.

I just finished the first box because I don't take it every night. I have noticed that on the nights I don't take it, I have difficulty falling asleep, while on the other nights, I fall asleep relatively quickly. It doesn't guarantee that I won't wake up earlier than usual when I'm anxious, but it definitely helps me fall asleep (I have to take it after a meal, of course).
It does what it promises and more, due to work I wake up early and sleep late, I decided to try it to start sleeping early.... The first day of use, I actually laid down and fell asleep around 9:30.... The dreams it induces are really intense, where you remember everything the next day.... Not so happy, I would say it triggers nightmares instead of sweet dreams with the stars it shows in the advertisement.... I decided to go to work with a few hours of sleep instead of waking up and remembering which deceased relative I saw again last night!

It brings sleepiness if you don't have tremendous anxiety or something else, and if you have it helps a little. The biggest difference is in sleep after you fall asleep, which is deeper and "undisturbed" even if there is noise. It saved me from the snoring of the other soldiers!

It is quite good, compared to another product I have tried (Agan Hypnus), and it does not cause the annoying side effects that I had, such as excessive thirst and a feeling of mild muscle paralysis.
The only definite side effects occur if you consume them after alcohol. So, if you go out for a drink on Saturday, it's better not to take them, since you will sleep easier anyway due to the alcohol.
