The Ag Pharm Derma Roller System 540 Needles 0.50mm is made from microneedles.

The facial Derma Roller is a specialized device suitable for all ages and skin types.

It helps in the restoration of any skin in a natural, economical, and effective way, for professional and personal use, with zero side effects. The micro needle roller is a tool that has the ability to naturally stimulate the production of elastin and collagen in the skin without causing any damage.

It creates perforations in the skin and allows for better absorption of serums and other cosmetic products.

Instructions for Use:

Attention: The use of the Dermaroller System is exclusively for your own skin.

  • Before you start using it, thoroughly cleanse your skin by applying cream or moisturizing serum made from natural ingredients.
  • If you are using the Dermaroller System for the first time, start the application 1-2 times a week (depending on the pressure you apply), always at night 1 hour before bedtime.
  • The microneedles are equally effective without applying significant pressure during application, at the points where you use them.
  • We place the Dermaroller System on each point 10 times, always vertically or horizontally.
  • Organic products with natural ingredients are recommended because absorption is immediate, fast, and much more effective than when you did not use the Dermaroller System.
  • After each use, apply antiseptic and place it back in its case.
  • Apply moisturizing cream, lotion, or serum to your skin.

    I have been using it for about 1.5 months, at night, every 3-4 days in combination with Estee Lauder's Advanced Night Repair serum, and I can say that it does the job! Better absorption of the serum and more renewed skin. It definitely doesn't have as intensive results as longer needles, but since it was my first experience with a derma roller, I decided to start safely. This one is 0.30mm and the lengths start from 0.20mm, so it's not the smallest. I got used to it quite quickly. The irritation it causes is mainly on my cheeks and forehead and subsides after half an hour. Avoid the high neck area, below the jawline. I tried it there and got bumps! Definitely sanitize after use! I use the octanisept spray for this purpose.
