The services offered by the position of taxi driver, bus driver, etc., to the millions of visitors from all corners of the planet who come to our country every year, largely shape the image of our place, which holds a special position in the global production of tourism services.
Our country attracts a very large number of visitors every year. Unfortunately, however, objective obstacles such as the different language and the difficulty in communication can sometimes hinder the provision of correct and comprehensive services and reduce the performance of the modern professional.
Having often found ourselves in the position of the customer-passenger and understanding the difficulties and the particularity of the sometimes misunderstood profession of the driver, we created this small handbook-assistant of English professional terminology, believing that it will facilitate in a simple, quick, and practical way the handling of the small daily communication difficulties, making the often difficult conditions faced by the drivers' sector more pleasant.
