I take one capsule every night after dinner, as you need to have a full stomach. It has helped me a lot with sleep because I used to wake up from anxiety and generally with managing anxiety throughout the day

I took a capsule after breakfast and for the next six hours I struggled a lot. Instability, a sneaky dizziness, an incredible condition. I bought two boxes, foolishly. Waste of money and never again.

It helped a lot during a period of intense stress. Not from the first day, but after about a week of use, the difference was noticeable. I took one in the morning and one at night, always with food (it may cause side effects on an empty stomach, which is logical since we're talking about herbs). I took the evening one about 1-1.5 hours before sleep and the morning one immediately after breakfast. Later on, one capsule daily was enough for prevention. It didn't cause any overstimulation or drowsiness, it simply helped me maintain a calm state and deal with stress more easily. It definitely leaves a "herbal" taste for a while after swallowing, but it's logical since it's not a pill, but a capsule. The size is about the same as antibiotic pills-capsules. In any case, consult your doctor before taking them!

I believe it's worth someone's while to try it.. It definitely doesn't work miracles, but it can help with mild cases of insomnia just fine

It gives a good boost to sleep, obviously you don't expect anything more from such a product, if you expect to take a pill and fall asleep, take hipnosedon.
