The discussion about the revision of Article 16 tends to become particularly dangerous for the educational system and therefore for the country's development model and the structure and mentality of our society. It already functions as a mechanism for generating misunderstandings about the mission and capabilities of the national Constitution, but also about the data of European legal order, distorting the priorities of a responsible educational policy, openly concealing profit-seeking business pursuits and cultivating false hopes in parents and children who suffer the consequences of student migration and the "gray" operation of so-called "colleges" in Greece. In this situation, a comprehensive "Agenda 16" needs to be opposed. A 16-point program that, in my opinion, provides answers to critical questions without hiding behind the claim that the Constitution allegedly obstructs necessary changes or that only through the revision of the Constitution can these changes be realized.
