The story of Lambros Eutaxia's life reveals a man who lived, both in front of and behind the spotlight, during a long period of our country's modern history. It records, in an objective and daring way, his participation and his unknown and overlooked contribution to the public life of our country, for the most part.

At the same time, it narrates the tireless effort of the art lover and collector who wanted to make Athens, which he loved, the heir of a life's work. He wanted to become a patron of its culture and preserve valuable elements of its history for future generations.

Above all, however, it outlines the person - it brings to light the genuine and true form of the individual who was behind any official position he held or the image that was formed under the light of current events.

And alongside him, his co-stars (and judges) parade on the grand stage of the country's political and social life during the post-war decades, in a true fresco of our recent history.
