This specific phone was purchased for a visually impaired person a year ago. The buttons are indeed large and illuminated. However, if the person also has minor hearing problems, it is a complete failure. Even at maximum volume, the sound of the speaker is minimal, as well as its range. The base is small, the phone is heavy and large, resulting in it falling at the slightest touch. The worst Panasonic phone I have ever bought, even compared to the cheapest one. There is no correlation between the sound quality and its price.
