In their positives, they do not have the known pseudo-electrolytic capacitor due to the cone, (basically they do not have any capacitor for high frequency separation), which means that their performance will be stable for as long as they last, that's why I chose these specific ones.
Their sound is pretty good, clear, powerful, don't expect much bass - their magnet is cigarette paper - but at (quite) high volumes, the high frequencies start to complain...
I have connected them to the computer (because I got tired of buying the usual 2.1 speaker systems for computers almost every year - they were useless) through a Pioneer car radio CD, with four speakers (inside DIY boxes) and an active subwoofer from Celestion with cuts (low and high) at 125 Hz. As a reference for the acoustic intensity, the volume on the Pioneer goes up to 64 and I usually listen from 7 to 22-24. At volume 32, the neighbors start to freak out and bang doors, windows, and balcony doors! Distortion of these speakers starts at 36 and distortion on the Pioneer at 44 (with operating voltage at 12.8 volts)
I bought these speakers due to their price in order to replace the factory car speakers in the front doors! For their money, they are satisfactory without, of course, expecting much more than a little bass and clear sound
I put them in a Fiat Panda to replace the old burnt ones. I paired them with the 1366 rear ones. Unfortunately, the bass is lacking, the mids are non-existent. Only the highs sound good. I don't know if they will improve over time, but so far, disappointment
I replaced the long-dissolved factory speakers of my Mercedes Sprinter. Given the cabin and engine noise, they made the van journeys much more enjoyable. They are the cheapest branded ones I found, but they were worth it. The installation was very easy and the sound was decent (considering the circumstances).
