It is very easy to dissolve, you won't even need a special shaker with a mesh inside to avoid lumps or to spend hours shaking it. The taste reminds me of Mars or Snickers (not as sweet or heavy), and it is also very light even after 2:30 hours of training, it goes down easily. For those who haven't dealt with this type of protein (for muscle building or post-workout), and are on a diet, or at the beginning of a diet and want to have a quality meal that goes down easily after exertion and not miss any meals of the day, it might give you 1-2 kilos at the beginning. It's not something to worry about and there's no need for disappointment, the body gets used to it and you will notice that the next day you will be more rested and energized (especially if you have morning and afternoon exercise) and the extra weight will disappear in no time. In terms of economy, I would recommend the bigger package which usually costs around 50 euros, but for a start and taste testing, this package is fine.   My first experience with the gym (2 months - 6 times a week) and protein supplement (30g + 30g).

  The taste is not anything special, just pleasant I would say, but that's about it. I also tried the Black Biscuit and I was amazed, it has a taste that is 10 times better. Also, I should mention that it made me feel nauseous when I mixed it with yogurt and it wouldn't go down at all (30g dose in 400g yogurt), so now I only mix it with water.

  Important note: The white packaging of Biotech compared to the black ones may cause bloating depending on the person. For me, the first 5-10 minutes it creates gas and discomfort, and I feel like I ate half a lamb for a while. Try it if you get the chance, otherwise, spend an extra 10 euros and go for the black packaging "ISO Whey Zero".

I exercised every day (fast walking/running 6.5 km, weights, resistance bands) without any muscle problems, and I saw very good results in fat loss and toning in less than two months, in combination with the appropriate calorie deficit and healthy diet, having to lose weight from three consecutive pregnancies that I carried for years, with a thousand responsibilities in my daily life, at 41 years old, and with my thyroid making it difficult for me. And yet, with the right steps and this product, I am doing exceptionally well. These are for my friends and to give a female perspective on the matter. It is a very good and honest product at a very reasonable price. I prefer to blend it in a smoothie blender or whichever mixer/blender you have available.
