The reviewed brush, in terms of durability, is a Methuselah. After seven years of use, its only wear is two cracks in the black ferrule, which do not make it any less functional. As for the bristles, over time I have lost more than the brush itself. Compared to others, and staying within the realm of boar bristle brushes, this humble little brush, in my humble opinion, reigns supreme, perhaps along with selectively chosen cousins from Portugal.

I have had it for years and the only thing it has suffered after so much use is two cracks on the black rim on the top. If I ever replaced it - which I won't - I would still choose Omega!
