• Vitamin D is essential for the absorption of the necessary amount of calcium, acts positively on bone metabolism, and improves the strength of the muscular system, thus enhancing mobility and stability in walking.
• Adequate intake of vitamin K2 reduces the risk of vascular damage as it inhibits the deposition of calcium in the vascular wall and is essential for the utilization of calcium in the bones.

The recommended dose is 1 sachet per day, at any time of the day. In half a glass of water (approximately 125ml), dissolve the sachet, stir with a spoon until fully dissolved, and drink immediately.
