Externally, it can hold 4 cards (two on each side). Internally, it can hold plenty of folded banknotes and some coins, which require a bit of effort to take out. It didn't bulge at all when it was full.
I don't have a comparison measure for its quality, but its materials seemed good to me. In terms of usefulness, it has exceeded my expectations and the purchase was worth it.
