I will give it 5 stars because I bought it in the summer and tried it, and now in the winter it has been performing great in both cold and hot temperatures (previously I had an LG 18, which was replaced by this one). The noise is somewhat loud because it is a large machine. As for power consumption, I will let you know at the end of the season, but I believe it is worth its price. I bought it for 750 euros in July, and with the discount, the total cost of the device and installation was 450 euros. I also bought the same one in size 9 for the room, which is completely silent. I believe it is a very good choice, with great service and the added benefit of wifi, as I can turn it on from my mobile and when I arrive home, it has the desired temperature. I highly recommend it

I would like to help Regarding the WiFi, for those who get it, simply download the SENDO SMART application and there it will show you (after registering) an option for another air conditioner other than Aeolos. However, you choose this one and then rename it, following exactly the instructions it tells you. That is, connect to the air conditioner's wifi and then to your 2.4Ghz network by entering your router's password. And you're ready! The app has many more settings than the remote control... edit. After a recent upgrade to the iOS app, unfortunately many of the extra options it had were lost and only the absolutely basic ones remained, maybe even fewer than the remote control. Anyway, I still don't change the evaluation since overall it does exactly what it says and it is very honest for its price. For example, when you put it on silence, it is really quiet, you don't hear anything while it's working normally. If you put it on the 2nd or 3rd level or on turbo, it sounds louder accordingly, but of course only the air it emits without any annoying noises. What impressed me is that the outdoor unit is almost silent, you really can't hear it almost at all. It remains to be seen how long it will last. Happy shopping.

I have bought the 18000btu. I replaced it with a 12000 that I had. However, it is completely silent, you only hear the flow of air. Actually, even at low cooling speed, it freezes your head. I haven't tried it for heating yet, but I believe it will be the same as its cooling capability.

As for cooling, it kills....it works at 27 degrees on scale 1, otherwise you need a blanket, it is quiet and its plastics are of good quality without cracks, with a nice texture and appearance...economical in the market, at least 100 euros to 200 compared to well-known brands that don't have a 10-year warranty....and it has nothing to envy....it hasn't been tested for heating yet....it really deserves it!

Did you find this review helpful?I bought three Sendo Aeolos 2/pcs 9000 btu and 1/pcs 12000 btu air conditioners. The 12000 btu unit replaced an 18000 Samsung unit with (unbelievable noise at 76 db) in my living room. I was impressed by how quiet both the external and internal units are. The airflow on the first setting is better than the 18 setting on the third, and the room heats up quickly. The 9000 btu unit was installed on a wall without silent blocks in a semi-outdoor area, and there are no issues with the coordination of the external unit. It might be because it is new, but in the same rooms in the same building, there were some noise and coordination issues. The first impressions in the bedroom where we sleep were as if the air conditioner didn't exist. There were no issues with vibrations or disturbance from the external unit. In terms of energy efficiency, I haven't seen it yet as it is used during nighttime hours with a different charge, around 5 hours with the 2/pcs 9000 units, and the rest of the day we use an energy-efficient fireplace. I will come back soon to evaluate the cooling and get a complete picture of energy consumption. Speaking of energy consumption, I have installed power consumption meters on all the air conditioners. For example, the 12 btu unit reached a consumption of up to 1+ kw until the room heated up to 28 degrees. Once the room reached 30+ square meters, I lowered the temperature to 22 degrees, and in ten minutes, the consumption dropped to half and below per hour. I live in Kastoria in a single space of 27 square meters with a ceiling height of 2.60 meters, and it works well up to 2 degrees Celsius. (I will update in colder temperatures)
Main use is for heating.
The noise from the outdoor unit is zero. (obviously with closed windows)
There is some noise from the indoor unit, but at reasonable levels. In turbo mode, the fan of my laptop is louder than the air conditioner.
No sounds of plastic hitting, etc., only the fan can be heard.
Heating is perfect up to 23 degrees Celsius, which I have tested.
Cooling has not been used.
Several smart functions, filters, eco-friendly R32 refrigerant.

It works perfectly even at -13 degrees Celsius, which is the lowest temperature it has reached so far! Just one issue:
I read in other comments about warm air.
It does release warm air after 0 degrees in turbo mode, but if you set it to auto, it works perfectly up to -13 degrees.
Nevertheless, in auto mode, it does the job but it takes an extra 5 to 10 minutes to warm up the space. Overall, 5/5 for heating from me.

After 7 months of use, placed in bedrooms that would normally be covered by a 9, it is simply mediocre in cooling and downright unacceptable in heating. Noisy internal unit that blows out lukewarm air, unsuccessfully trying to heat the space. I even had a technician come to measure them, everything was fine. Unfortunately, all of the above was confirmed by the technician. Of course, I do not recommend them to anyone. Money wasted. Choose to pay a little more for something reputable to have peace of mind.
