The work "The Presentation of Claims in Administrative Disputes" attempts to systematize the claims that can be presented in first instance, as well as in second degree and by way of appeal, before the regular administrative courts. Specifically, it focuses on the legal remedies of recourse, action, suspension, and the legal means of appeal, annulment, suspension of proceedings, third-party intervention, request for review, request for correction and interpretation, and request for repetition of the procedure.

The structure of the work follows the stages of examination of the case file by the judge, namely those of the validity of the case file (Chapter II), the admissibility of the exercise of the legal remedy and means (Chapter III), the request of the litigant (Chapter IV), the examination of the admissibility and merits of the contested claims (Chapters V and VI), the submission by the litigant of evidentiary elements to substantiate and support the claims for the acceptance of the alleged reasons (Chapter VII), as well as the decision that the court can issue based on the alleged claims (Chapter VIII).

The book is of both theoretical and practical interest. It is primarily aimed at lawyers, judges, and law students.
