Description

The EC-10 electric guitar by ESP is an excellent instrument for beginner electric guitar players, featuring a smooth, comfortable, thin U-shaped maple neck that will facilitate chord and scale approaches across the fretboard.

The EC-10 is primarily aimed at those looking for an affordable option with good quality and performance. It is suitable for children, teenagers, and adults who want to learn to play guitar or practice at home.

It has a fixed bridge, ESP Designed LH-100 pickups, and 24 frets on its fretboard, providing comfort in playing.

HH Pickup Configuration (Humbucker-Humbucker)

This layout includes two humbucker pickups, which are positioned at the central pickup and bridge pickup locations of the guitar.

The Humbucker pickups offer better response to low frequencies and bass sound, as well as greater resistance to noise. This makes the guitar suitable for powerful riffs and solos.

Equipped with passive pickups, which do not require external power to operate. Specifically, the passive pickups work using magnetism and produce a signal that is inversely proportional to the movement of the strings.

Neck construction from Maple wood

The Maple wood used in the neck is an important element for the guitar's acoustics, as it produces a bright and precise tone resulting from the wood's hardness.

Body construction from Basswood

Basswood produces a soft and balanced sound, with good balance in the mid and high frequencies.

Les Paul style body shape

The ESP LTD EC-10 electric guitar has a Les Paul style body shape, which is one of the most widespread shapes in electric guitars.

This shape was created by guitarist and inventor Les Paul and is a timeless design that is popular with musicians of all genres and experience levels.

For a beginner who wants to learn to play WELL in a short time, it is P E R F E C T. For someone who generally feels music, they could get something more expensive. That's my opinion. Take it with closed eyes. It is a top product!

Quality guitar for beginners. For its price, it may be the best and surpasses much more expensive ones in sound.

Although you won't find it on the lists of recommended guitars for beginners, it is worth it and more. Its orientation is towards rock and metal, and it will not leave its owner unsatisfied as it can deliver a powerful sound. For its price, it is great, perhaps the most comprehensive option for rock, hard rock, and metal.

Good guitar overall. Nice distortion. I have the red color which, however, is quite lighter than the deep one shown in the photo. Recommended for a first guitar.
