Batch May 2023! I sprayed it on my hand to see how long it would last, and I was disappointed. It smelled for only an hour, I didn't expect that from such an expensive fragrance, costing 90€! I bought it from a well-known chain because if you buy from common shops, they get it from Bulgaria, and it's fake! Meanwhile, I was torn between buying this one and the ambassador Gisada, which I had tried as a tester. It had a powerful and varied scent, and it also had apple notes for those who like that. In the end, I didn't buy it because it was only available on the official international website, and it would take too long to arrive, plus it cost 130€. I regretted it

I am the owner of the 60ml, having paid 60.96 euros. Personally, I always consider this particular fragrance to be one of the best "blue" options one could make, considering the money they will spend. Its tone and overall character will truly attract you, suitable for all hours, occasions, and seasons. I believe it suits better for younger ages (for 40+ I would recommend the YSL Intense EDP). As for its top notes, they give off a sweet, spicy scent, along with freshness and cleanliness which, however, doesn't thrill me, probably due to the ginger. The middle and base notes are what made me choose it, especially its base, as I adore the woody scent it leaves. Very good longevity, about 3 hours of projection and can be distinguished from relatively far away. After 5-6 hours, it starts to not smell as much unless someone comes close to me, it stays on the skin for 10+ hours. Also, yes, it is synthetic and although I don't prefer it in this particular case, it doesn't bother me as it doesn't affect its scent, unlike its quality. There are definitely better options in this category,thus the 4 stars, but it is still an excellent choice. For those who don't like the sweetness/intensity (as it shouts a bit) it has, I would recommend the YSL Intense EDP, it is more elegant and mature, the only thing that bothers me is the lack of sage/green apple, which is the reason why I chose this one here.

In my opinion, Le perfume is a superior fragrance, more smooth and realistic, it doesn't have the intensity of the edp.
For me, EDP is a fragrance for the masses and younger ages that screams "I am here." I haven't had the perfume for long, but from first impression, it's good. When you spray it, a strong wave of fragrance comes to you and it's not very nice, but as soon as an hour passes, it starts to be fine. The only downside for me is that it doesn't last very long, meaning it will be almost gone in 2 hours, unless you come close, but it depends on the skin

I had bought this fragrance when it came out. Nice green apple with fresh notes that literally filled the space. Everyone at school would ask me what I was wearing. Well, I went and bought the same fragrance again now and I was shocked... no resemblance. The intensity is lower... The liveliness of the green apple is gone... what a disappointment, my God! I wasted my money. I wish I had bought two back then because it has undergone reformulation.

Happy New Year to everyone with health and joy. I went with my family on New Year's Day to buy gifts for our loved ones and for ourselves. I wanted a cologne for the holidays, I smelled many fragrances and I had settled on DOLCE GABBANA K EDP and I was ready to buy it. At that moment, when I went to buy it, I asked an employee where the YveaSaintLaurent fragrances were and she was standing in front of the cash register. When I smelled this incredible fragrance, YSL Y EDP, I was shocked and within 90 seconds, I left the DOLCE GABBANA K EDP and bought the YSL Y. I highly recommend it... AMAZING SCENT

Those who bought it from when it was released until early 2020 are lucky. It used to have an unreal longevity of 13+ hours and amazing projection for almost three hours. Now, its projection is average for the first hour and then someone has to get close to you to smell it. However, its longevity remains good, around 7-8 hours. It has nothing to do with the beast it used to be, as the other reviewers correctly describe. I was like, what exactly am I smelling? I was impressed. Some time later, I ordered it and got it. The fragrance lasts for a loooong time on me, maybe too long, if I may say. I put it on yesterday at 9 pm and I'm writing this review at 8 am the next day and I can still smell it on my neck, unbelievable. If you're looking for a hot, perfect fragrance that you can wear in any occasion and season, it's definitely a sure choice, even for a blind buy, although it's generally good not to rely on that. I mainly use it outside of work since the projection is crazy, but you can easily wear it there without any issue. Although the long duration limits me a bit as I have to keep track of hours, etc. if I want to wear another fragrance, it's truly a great scent, I can't take away a star from it, I recommend it yesterday!!

We have it and we say. The fragrance is a epitome of the YSL house as it smells like one would expect a French fragrance of Yve Saint Laurent type to smell like.
Aromatic, woody, and with a generous dose of Ambroxan to follow the latest trend. At the beginning, you have an explosion of apple and ginger with bergamot slightly in the background.After about an hour, the apple starts to fade into the background with sage and galbanum coming to the forefront, which is also the distinctive difference from all the other "Blue Fragrances" and the protagonist of the fragrance. At the moment, there is nothing similar in the designer market with its performance/scent. This scent lasts until the end of the fragrance.
Performance: Simply amazing with the variation being at least 7 hours on all skin types and very intense. It is liked by everyone, especially young ages, as it is quite sweet and youthful. (Particularly liked by women over 40.)
Pay great attention to the sprays as it is very easy to overdo it and be simply suffocating.
Blind buy: I would say yes, but it is good to know the notes of the fragrance beforehand. Although I was unfamiliar with this specific one, I was not disappointed.

It's easy to wear for any season, occasion, and age. The main note that seems strange at first sniff comes from a medicinal herb called Clary Sage! They used this herb in perfumery amazingly! At some point, it may smell like fresh bread, which is really nice. The longevity of this product is very good (6-8 hours) and the projection is also good for the first 2 hours. I ultimately recommend smelling it first like I did before buying it! The YSL Y edp is up there with other amazing blue fragrances...
