  My doctor recommended this product to me and I have been taking it for 2 months now for the treatment of polycystic ovaries. It comes in sachets as you can see in the photo. The taste is not bad at all, as long as you follow the instructions which say to mix it well with water and drink it immediately afterwards. I put it in a small plastic water bottle that I have to mix it more easily and this way all the granules inside dissolve. It requires a good stirring in a glass, otherwise it becomes thick and not all the granules dissolve, resulting in an unpleasant taste and texture. For now, it seems to be doing what it promises and I have already seen changes in my cycle. I will continue the treatment with this product.
