As mentioned by other buyers, it should be close to the mouth, meaning it has moderate sensitivity. The sound card that is connected also matters, as with 2 different ones, each has a different output level. For the 4 euros I bought it for, I didn't expect anything more. Its durability will be evident in use, so I will come back. Postscript: check the AGC in the recording device properties of Windows to bring the level to normal levels.

I bought it mainly for meetings. I have done many tests on my own and you have to have it relatively close to your mouth to be heard. I thought I would just pin it to my shirt and not bother, but I have to leave it a little "loose" so that it hangs and every time I speak, I have to keep it close to my mouth. Otherwise, I will have to speak very loudly. Even at this price, however, I cannot give it a high rating, as it does not do what it promises (to wear it on the collar and not bother).

The microphone is value for money. For everyday meetings (webex, skype, etc.) it is perfect. It also has a very convenient clip that you can attach to your clothes. You sound very clear. The length of the cable is moderate, but with an extension, it's great

For those interested in purchasing the product but are seeing negative comments, consider the following:
1) This microphone naturally needs to be close to the mouth because it is a "lapel" microphone, designed for professional video production in a studio.
2) This microphone naturally has a short cable, as it is intended for connection to a mobile phone or recording device that is attached to the waist, in order to record sound separately from the video and achieve professional results in editing.
3) The sound quality and isolation from external factors is OK (tested).

It is a very good microphone for doing your job (e.g. daily meetings via Skype, Teams, Viber, etc. for work from home, to be heard satisfactorily by others). For higher sound requirements, I cannot have an opinion, but for its price, it is a very good choice.

I got it just to see out of curiosity, it looks decent, it does some light tasks, it works fine on the laptop I have connected it to, it's good for its price
