  I think I saw a difference in my sleep (better sleep) and a significant difference in that I don't get the cramps that I usually have during periods of intense physical activity (running, 50-60 km per week). I will definitely buy it again

  I have tried various brands and have consistently stuck with one specific brand. I bought this one based on a recommendation from a fellow athlete for its price. I didn't feel anything. It was as if I hadn't taken any ZMA at all. I was really disappointed considering the cost. Additionally, I noticed that the times I took it around 02:30 (obviously on an empty stomach, etc., as I would be coming home from work (10 minutes away) and half an hour later I would fall asleep, I would wake up in the middle of the night because it caused intense pressure in my chest and a tendency to vomit. The first time, I thought I actually had something wrong. Eventually, after getting tests done, everything was fine. It happened to me 4 more times around the same time or a little later. Whenever I took it around 23:30 and slept for about 40-45 minutes afterwards, I had no problem. The reason I didn't take it again is because I didn't see it helping me in my workouts the next day and in my sleep like what I usually take.

Σχετικά με τις διαφορετικές εμπειρίες με το ZMA που περιγράφεις, όπως η αντίδραση στην ώρα λήψης και οι αντιφατικές επιπτώσεις στον ύπνο σου, μπορεί να εξαρτώνται από διάφορους εξωτερικούς παράγοντες (προπόνηση, κατανάλωση αλκοόλ, καφέ, φαγητού, αλληλεπίδραση με άλλα συμπληρώματα) αλλά και με τις ατομικές διαφορές στον οργανισμό του καθενός.

  First of all, we are talking about one capsule per day, not 2-3 capsules like most products claim! Secondly, I don't think you will find another product on the market that has more zinc than this one in just one capsule! (Just to inform you, if you have a zinc deficiency, you will have some white lines on your nails, I will upload a photo of mine to show you!) ***It is not a calcium deficiency as doctors told me, but a zinc deficiency! It also helps with back pain! If you compare it with others, you will see that the amount of vitamin B6 in this one is 6-7mg less than in the others, but here you will take one capsule daily for 60 days, while in the others that have 90 or 120 capsules, you will take them for 30 or 40 days respectively (one dose = 3 capsules), so in 60 days you will reach the same amount as the others!!
