The tricycle Lorelli neo is an excellent bicycle with quality and sturdy construction. Initially, I assembled the bicycle myself, but someone should know how to do it (I say this for those who write that it is difficult to assemble). We assemble bicycles and yes, this one is easy. I have had the bicycle since 2017 and I have raised two boys with it. It hasn't suffered the slightest damage. I am completely satisfied.

Two damages occurred and Lorelli sent us the replacement part for free and without shipping costs. First, the support base for the parent control handle broke, and second, the base supporting the child's safety bar broke. In both cases, after contacting Lorelli in Bulgaria via email, they served us promptly and at no cost, even though I am not within the warranty period. Truly, I am impressed by this non-stop guarantee from Lorelli. And yes, I would buy from them again.

The assembly instructions are almost useless. It has a sturdy frame and is worth its money.
There are two issues for me.
1. The seat leans forward a bit.
2. And there is a problem with transporting it in the car.

Quite correct in terms of value for money, compact construction, safe for the child, the thickness of the wheels is good as it does not get stuck in puddles like some strollers or tricycles with thin wheels. Very good design with quality materials. Good storage spaces with a low basket and a high bag.
As for the negatives, the final position of the child has a slight forward tilt and the base of the seat "plays" slightly no matter how tightly I screwed it.
