  I bought this specific slipper in red a year ago.
  The upper part is glued to the bottom with a plate glue. In 4 days, they came off from both slippers.
  I solved it by buying instant glue. I glued them back together and since then they have held up with daily use.
  The slipper does not slip on rough surfaces.
  However, on smooth surfaces, it has a small issue. The bottom is engraved in such a way that small suction cups are formed, so if you are on a smooth surface, it really sticks. The problem is that it easily slips from left to right. If you want to lift your foot, you will realize that it is stuck to the floor and you will hear a "clack" sound when it comes off. However, if you are not careful, even when it is "stuck" to the floor, it can easily slip.
  I haven't fallen (yet), but I have come close several times!!
  I would not buy it again.
