With the lid closed during grilling, your roasts will retain their juices and cook in less time. At the same time, heat loss will be reduced, resulting in lower charcoal consumption. Additionally, with the lid closed, the hot air circulating inside the grill intensifies the characteristic aroma of charcoal-grilled food that we all love.
Four reasons to keep the lid closed
Keeps the grates hot enough to cook the food.
Speeds up cooking time and prevents food from drying out.
Traps the smoke that develops when fat and juices evaporate.
Prevents flare-ups by limiting oxygen.
Cast Iron Grill
With the cast iron grill, cooking is faster as the temperature is evenly distributed on all sides of the food. To maintain the cast iron grill before cooking, it is good to spread a thin layer of cooking oil (e.g., olive oil or some vegetable fat) and thus you will have created a non-stick surface.
Thermometer
Thanks to the built-in thermometer on the grill lid, you can easily monitor the temperature inside.
Side Shelf
The side shelves will make things easier for you! There will be space for every platter or dish you need during grilling! Additionally, when you're not using your grill, you can fold down the shelves to reduce the bulk.
Wheels
It comes with four large wheels for easy movement, so you can change the grilling spot or storage location at any time, depending on your needs.

The assembly is a bit messy. Poor connections on the screws. I recommend buying corresponding screws of the same size. It is a very good and value for money solution. The instructions are a bit more difficult than IKEA's and lacking in detail. 4 burners + 1 side burner is perfect for a balcony BBQ. It is quite easy to move with the quality wheels.
It is recommended not to use it at full intensity, as the fattier the meat being grilled, the more easily the fats that fall onto the burners can catch fire. In this case, monitoring during cooking should be continuous. Otherwise, it wants the intensity at the lowest with the lid closed, but still checking every 5 minutes. Of course, these apply to all grills of this type. It goes without saying that a propane tank is preferred.
I searched quite a bit before buying this one. So, from my own experience, I have to say the following. It heats up quite well on the entire surface with a steady temperature. It has an oil and fat collector that is easy to clean. I personally used the side burner a few times and it was great. Overall, I am very satisfied.
I have had it for 6 months and I have cooked many times. Apart from the positives (ease of cooking, speed, cooking quality, size), there are also several negatives:
1. The construction is of mediocre quality and it leaks in some areas, but in my case, it was easily fixed by placing a simple paper towel and covering the problematic spot.
2. If loaded with fatty meats, such as sausages, it easily catches fire. The grill does not have a drainage system, and the fats end up in the tray, which is located very close to the burners, resulting in fire being something common.
In general, I would prefer to pay a little more and have peace of mind. However, using aluminum foil in the tray and cleaning quickly with baby wipes gets the job done!
I have it for 2 years. The cleaning is a nightmare as it doesn't have a grease collector, only a small tray that fills up with grease after each use. Very cheap construction. With 100-200 euros more, it's worth getting something better and not worrying about when it will catch fire. The burner covers are terrible. If you wash them less than 10 times, they rust. Due to a significant design flaw, it leaks grease from everywhere... even on the wheels. Stay away.
Let me share my experience. The assembly is relatively easy, it can be done by one person in a maximum of one hour. Only when placing the burner, a second person will be needed, not because of the weight, but to ensure it is properly positioned.
Pay attention when inserting the burner screws, do not tighten the top ones and loosely tighten the bottom ones, otherwise the shelves will not fit and you will have to redo the work! The shelves fit in a certain way and the top screws of the burner go through them, you will see it in practice.
In general, the screws on the frame should be loose and tightened once all of them are in place and the grill is leveled correctly.
The frame is not of the best quality material, so no matter how tight you tighten the screws, they will not stop, as the material "gathers". But overall, it is stable and there will be no problem.
Spare parts are available everywhere, because essentially they are the same in all models of the same category, only the design changes.
Regarding the side burner, others have already written about it, and there is also a video on YouTube, it is simple.
Also, for grilling, everything has been written, I have nothing else to add, just that it takes an electric starter and charcoal, they have no reason to exist anymore, it covers everything, it grills easily, it grills deliciously, it is easy to clean, what else do you want?
If someone wants a rotisserie, they can simply get a kitchen motor, costing around 8-10 euros, a simple eight-prong rotisserie costing around 5 euros, and with a few small adjustments, they can screw it in. In practice, as long as their hands can hold it a bit, they can position it. If someone wants, I can take a photo to show how I did it, they will need a support that extends the motor by 2-3 centimeters and another one to support the rotisserie on the other end, which will be screwed into the existing holes.
Another improvement is to add a shelf, it will make good use of the space.
Overall, you can buy it blindly, it is worth every penny!
First of all, I have to say that I wasn't very good at cooking beyond the basics.
I have had the grill for 1 month and I have already grilled 10 times!!
The assembly didn't give me much trouble. It took me 1:30 hours to set it up.
The surface is very good and can fit a lot of things.
As usual, the further back, the higher the temperature.
Very easy to handle.
Also, the extra equipment, a plate for burgers, is worth it.
I have 2 issues.
I would expect slightly better quality in the metals.
But the most serious issue is that it sometimes leaks grease that reaches the floor.
If I didn't have this issue, I would give it a fifth star.
For cleanliness enthusiasts, it's a bit of a hassle.
Update 15/6/21
After several uses, the only ongoing problem is the issue with the grease that leaks and reaches the floor!!
However, what worries me the most is that I saw 2 people in a Facebook group whose lid lost its color and rusted.
Value for money choice for sure. After a few uses, the only observation I have is that the metal covers above the pipes easily catch fire from grease. Other than that, good overall construction for the €300-400 range, good grates, good spaces and side frames, good bin and easy to use and clean (everything comes out very easily). It cooked a 2kg sea bass in ~25 minutes, tomahawk and rib eye perfectly cooked. Also vegetables. The assembly instructions could be a little clearer, but there is no particular difficulty in fixing it, except for placing the bin where a second person is probably needed.
I have it for about two months. It is very good for whatever I cook. Two kilograms of pork chops, ten burgers, five kebabs with ten pita breads. At 1 o'clock, I turn it on and by 1:50, I'm at the table. If you clean it after each use, it doesn't catch fire. Cleaning takes about 20 minutes. The cast iron grill with the wire brush and the covers of the burners with a sponge and dish soap. I put aluminum foil in the tray and then throw it away. The gas bottle lasts about 10 hours and a little more. The side burner fries perfectly as long as it's not windy. Each pan of potatoes takes about 30 minutes. It's very important to get the cover because it collects a lot of dust.
Quite a good grill, especially for the money it costs. There are temperature variations in the middle of the grill compared to the outside, resulting in the meats in the middle cooking much faster than the ones in the front. It is also important to put aluminum foil on the grease collection plate every time you grill because otherwise cleaning takes longer than cooking. The plates easily catch fire from the grease, so you can't leave for a second and of course you can't close the lid. In general, it is easy to clean.
The grilling is mediocre.
The assembly is difficult, especially the assembly design is terrible.
The construction quality is very poor.
One of the three cast iron grates broke during use.
The flame tamers rusted during the third grilling and no longer fit properly in their place.
One of the switches came off.
The worst part is that there are no spare parts.
It's better to spend some extra money and buy a more well-known and quality brand.
So that if you need a spare part, you can find it. For me, it's a waste of money.
Overall, I am satisfied. I did not encounter any problems in baking with good results. I do not give it 5 stars, as I am a beginner with gas.
Additionally, I appreciate that the top grill is a big issue when it comes to cleaning, as it is not made of cast iron.
After months of use, I conclude that it is not worth it. The grease tray constantly causes flare-ups as it catches the grease. Especially with fatty meats, I have had to extinguish fires with water from the fire extinguisher (note: I am working with it at the minimum temperature)
Amazing grill, I believe it has no competition at its price. 2-3 things that personally seemed negative to me. 1. The grill has minimal study underneath the burner, resulting in fats often slowly dripping towards the feet and wheels. 2. There are temperature variations in the middle of the grill compared to the outside, resulting in the middle meats cooking much faster than the front ones. This can be solved either by being mindful or by changing their position. 3. After 2 years of use, I noticed corrosion and surface rust on 2 out of the 4 burners, and burning on the grease collection tray, even though I use aluminum foil, which doesn't come off no matter how much I clean it. The grates, burners, regulators, thermometer, and all other parts remain like new! 4. The assembly, although easy, is cumbersome due to the lack of proper holes and joints, which is understandable at this price point. Based on some other buyers' comments, you shouldn't place the bottle underneath in the cabinet. I have changed 2 bottles in the 2 years of use and have them permanently underneath without any issues whatsoever. This is exactly what everyone I know does with other grills or even the same one. After all, that's the purpose of the cabinet. Mine came with gas hoses/adapters and clamps. The only thing I purchased is a safety valve, which as far as I know, is not included in any grill.
It's top guys. Very high quality. The only drawback is the unused space underneath because it has a sticker that prohibits the bottle from being placed there, I don't understand where else the entire cabinet serves. I highly recommend it, especially for those who cook a lot, because it has a large surface area and consequently a lot of energy loss if we're talking about a steak or 2 skewers at a time. Also, it's important to put aluminum foil on the fat collection plate every time you cook because otherwise cleaning takes more time than cooking.
At first, because I didn't have the opportunity to see it up close, I was afraid that I wasted my money, but fortunately it is very good in terms of quality and it grills very well. Overall, I am very satisfied. I believe that I made a very good purchase. NO MORE CHARCOAL.
After almost 4 months of use, I insist that it is very good and economical grill.
After almost 8 months of use, I would like to inform you that the distributors of the burners (the metal ones with the holes that are above the burners) have rotted and are all full of holes, and imagine that I always have it covered and clean most of the time.
The rest of the grill is fine, it just needs a lot of cleaning if you are curious like me, but I imagine that all the other ones will need the same cleaning.
It is a very good grill for its price. Large cooking surface with 4 burners. I was very satisfied with whatever I grilled. It also has a side burner on the right that you will really need for potatoes and more. The box underneath for leftovers is very convenient. Put aluminum foil down there. Now, as for grilling, like with any grill, you need to learn and practice-experiment with it. You will make mistakes, but after a while, you will learn it and it will grill just the way you like it. Assembly is relatively easy and it will be ready in 50 minutes at most. Watch a video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m-sZlgUzI18
It really reached 280 degrees in 5 minutes.
I grilled fatty sausages and had no difficulty at all, even though there were flames, but they were easily controlled.
Nothing sticks to the cast iron if you do what you need to do to grill.
The adjacent burner fried potatoes relatively easily and quickly.
Cleaning is a piece of cake if you put aluminum foil in the drawer. If not, like me the first time, you will struggle a little.
For its price, it is very good. It is easy to transport because the wheels are heavy-duty and not fake.
I only have positive comments to make.
Quite a good grill, especially for the money it costs. It grills very quickly and evenly. Definitely get grilling membranes to avoid the hassle of cleaning. Overall, a grill that you won't regret buying.
Do not even think about it!! Just get it!!!! Top tool!!! I do not know the construction of the other grills. I got this one and I highly recommend it without hesitation!!!
I have had it for 1 month and I have cooked 20 times without exaggeration!! It is really awesome! It is the first time I have a gas grill, so I have no comparison for the build quality, but I think it is decent and definitely very beautiful. If you are lazy to clean it, get the non-stick cooking membranes and besides not having unwanted ignitions, you will "forget" to clean it!!!
Limited use so far, very good product until now in the 5 times I have used it already. Excellent value for money for this product. Recommended with reservations due to the non-long-term use so far.
The price-quality ratio is very good, it is easy to set up, it may take a couple of hours or maybe less, but easily, it grills very well without smoke, especially when I grilled a beef tenderloin and it turned out amazing. The only thing is that the back side of the plates is stronger than the front, but once you learn how to adjust the grill, it is fine. Overall, I say yes, it is a good choice.
I grill without smoke on the balcony. Large surface and very powerful burners. Very good construction and easy to clean. The cast iron grill with porcelain coating provides incredible searing on the meat.
