After 10 months of use and not very frequent, the gears broke and the blades couldn't turn. Having a two-year warranty, I thought they would repair it or replace it. However, when I went to the service, they told me that the warranty doesn't cover the gears and the repair cost is 25 euros. As I read from other reviews, this is a common problem with this product and the company has decided NOT TO COVER IT WITH THE WARRANTY.

  I wouldn't change it for anything.. I have it for over 10 years and it hasn't had any issues with daily use.. I just lost the lid and I'm wondering whether to replace it or get another multi model from Moulinex or if I will regret it...

  Immortal multi-tool. Like all, you have to be careful not to use it continuously for hours.   I had the Agostini and it was perfect for almost ten years. This thing, on the other hand, only lasted a year... If I don't hold the motor with a lot of force, it splatters milk everywhere and I have to clean the cabinets afterwards. The noise is something else. Tremendous noise, I can't even make ice cream without disturbing the peace for hours. With the Agostini, I never bothered the neighborhood. Disappointing

  One year of use. At first contact, the plastic construction seems average, but so far they haven't broken. It is powerful, easy to clean, has a large capacity, and a long cord. As for the drawbacks, the lid does not close securely, so if a large amount of liquid is placed inside, it spills out. Also, I used it for a considerable amount of time once, and the motor seemed to overheat and then resumed functioning the next day.

  4 cloves of garlic with a little oil and couldn't crush them no matter how hard I tried. Supposedly it has the function to throw them up on the blades... not even close. We melted them with a little water and made a garlic sauce without the multi... very disappointing. Another brand that I have elsewhere has no problem at all and easily and quickly purees 4-5 cloves (and it's cheaper too)

  After 1+ year of regular household use, the gears make a very loud noise (as if they are "eating" each other) and the blades get stuck, especially with hard vegetables (like carrots, for example), even if they are cut into small pieces. I will not buy this product again. It was replaced with the Kenwood CH580 and the problems were solved!

  The review always comes down to what you get in terms of quality and what you give in terms of money. It doesn't make sense to buy a cheap product for 10 euros and end up with something useless, you understand what I mean. This particular product is very good for its price, I bought it for 30 euros and I have had it for 2 years. Good plastic parts (not dishwasher safe), strong motor. It has 2 speed options, regular and turbo. I filled it with almonds up to the top and it struggled, so it needs to be filled halfway if you're dealing with hard materials (e.g. dried fruits) to avoid straining the motor, and it will last you for years.

  This particular product was chosen because it was of European manufacture. Unfortunately, however, in such a powerful engine, they have lower quality gears, which resulted in the service telling me that there are no gears available in the market for repair and therefore the whole mechanism, where the gear is located, needs to be replaced. I consider this unacceptable for a cost of €36, especially when making fruit creams.

  When I saw it up close, I noticed that the build quality is very low for my standards. I consider it to be a very poor construction for its price. The lid simply touches the bin without any security, so I am not confident that it won't open during use. Additionally, from the test I conducted, the motor does not have a stable position on the bin (in a way, during use, you have to press the motor firmly against the lid to prevent it from coming off). If what I received is not defective (which I don't think it is), then it is definitely not a device that I would recommend.   I have had it for exactly 5 years and now the gear broke. With continuous use during these years, as it produced the ground meat of 3 children, it never got stuck, never stopped, never smelled, and nothing ever spilled out. Very powerful, relatively noisy.
