After 3 years, it continues to work perfectly fine. The 3 sets of blades are excellent in cutting and fast. They come out wet on top and require some attention with a cloth underneath. I wash it in the dishwasher.

It broke before the end of its lifespan with moderate use, unlike the previous model with fewer watts that lasted a lifetime. The cost of repair is 30% of its value!!!

First use everything is good. Second use and only the fast speed works. (the usage time was 5 seconds on slow and another five on fast for fruit cream with soft fruits. It hasn't struggled, it hasn't worked with an empty bin, it hasn't worked for more than 10" in each use. The statement "you get what you pay for" does not apply...

Compared to previous ones I had (which were not as good), this one is amazing. I have cut myself three times because I accidentally touched the blades while washing it. So be very careful. Its main use is crushing ice (for me). My wife uses it for a variety of purposes and she is also very satisfied.

The first speed broke down after approximately 1 month of use for fruit creams! I didn't bother to go to the service either.

The motor burned out on the third time I used it, even though I was grinding tomatoes, which is a soft material, so the machine shouldn't have had a hard time and burned out so quickly. Poor quality construction...wasted 20€

The first time it came with a broken bucket, the second time it came with a broken top part, and both were not working. I understand that amidst a pandemic, the courier may not have paid attention, but the packaging did not have any protective wrapping nor did it mention that it is fragile.

After 6 - 7 uses, it burned. Truly a waste of money. Even though it looks powerful with a large and good drum, it is not as it seems. What a shame.

Edit: So, after it burned, I contacted the store and they replaced it for me. I tried it today after a while of not using it because I was afraid to make peanut butter, and of course, it burned again. On the first try. Truly shameful...

I have used it 5-6 times. While overall its motor is powerful and grinds well, there is a problem with the bottom blade (the larger one), water gets in when you clean it and it doesn't come out at all! You shake the blade and you can hear the water inside. They already replaced the blade once (fortunately, it was covered by the warranty), but in the first wash of the new blade, the same problem occurred! Obviously, there is a factory defect in the joints. The whole process of replacement is very time-consuming.

Visually beautiful but that's about it. It is expensive for its price and its quality is not so good. It is quite powerful but its durability was only for 6 months. The motor burned out while I was trying to blend melted tomatoes for sauce. It's not worth the money.
Previously, the products of this specific company were much better, but now whatever I have bought from them is all useless and of course, I will not buy again!
