από έξω καουτσούκ και από μέσα μέταλλο
υπάρχει κάποιος που όντως έχει βάλει κι άλλους δίσκους δικούς του ???αν ναι πόσους , τι κιλά και αν αντέχει η μπάρα? .Η βασική μου ερώτηση είναι αν αντέχει κι άλλους δίσκους-κιλά η μπάρα. Ευχαριστώ.
Κάνω Pump από το Cyberobics. Έχω βάλει σύνολο 15 κιλά από την κάθε πλευρά. Σύνολο 30. Δεν είχα θέμα. Απλά μου την σπάει που οι δίσκοι είναι χοντροί. Αυτό είναι το μόνο ελαττώμα.
Μπορω να προσθεσω και δικα μου βαρακια η μπορω μονο μεχρι 20 κιλα?
Αν εννοεις δικα σου βαρυ νμζ πως μπορεις δν το εχω δοκιμασει απλα δν ξερω αν αντεχει τα πολλα κιλα η μπαρα
