Description

In his book "The Great Mystics", Ed. Syre describes the work of the great prophets of humanity and the great moments of their lives. He observed these shining stars, as he himself says, from the top of a lighthouse, but soon he became preoccupied with the question of cosmogony and the evolution of man, with the incarnation of Christ being the pinnacle. For more than twenty years, after the publication of his first book, his research led him to the study of Christian inner teachings. He delved into the history of civilization and the evolution of life, structure, and maintenance of the solar system. According to Ed. Syre in this book, the descent of consciousness into the world of matter culminates with the mission of Christ and marks its reverse course, evolution, the ascent from matter towards spirit. This is what the Sphynx tells us and what the inner philosophy teaches us with the successive stages of the lives of the Lemurians, the Atlanteans, and the Arians, with the Mysteries of the Indians, Babylon, and with the prelude to the Great Moment with the Greek Miracle. Finally, the work is completed with the incarnation of the Savior and the detailed description of the spiritual milestones and initiations that symbolize the great events of his life.
