  I have used it 2 times. Both times, my child ate frozen food without me being out for many hours. I don't know if I did something wrong, but it doesn't keep the temperature and I used it both with the white plastic it has inside and without it. Also, in the last dishwasher wash, the metal part came out a little from one side and now it doesn't close properly. I would not recommend it.

  Unfortunately, after 2-3 months, the lid started to close with difficulty, at some point one latch broke, and within a week, a second latch also broke (presumably due to a fall). So, 1 star. It didn't even survive the shortened school year due to the coronavirus. The lid was struggling to close because the stainless steel piece of the bowl had shifted and was crooked.
