I have it for 2 days, I will start with the positives, very easy assembly (I finished in 20 minutes), it is indeed very comfortable and supports the body correctly both in the waist (which is very important for me as I have an issue) and in the neck/head. For a height of about 1.80, it comes up to the neck. It seems to have a very good bottle as well, and the reclining system is quite stable and does not put too much pressure on the body in the front like other chairs do when you lean back. The armrests are also quite comfortable. It seems to have good quality leather and foam. Good stitching and wheels are okay. All of the above, of course, will become apparent over time.
As for the negatives, it has imperfections in the finishes, it came with some scratches/marks where the color is missing, but not big or many, but it also has some others that occurred before painting and the finish did not cover them, resulting in them being visible. Also, some bumps in the color and some irregularities... okay, nothing terrible, and I continue with the two most important points. The headrest is a bit "crooked" if I can put it that way, it has a slight tilt that hits the eye relatively badly, one side is 1.5-2 centimeters lower than the other... the material underneath (I don't know if it's plastic or some aluminum) has taken shape, maybe from the construction or from transportation/storage... it will show if it returns, IT DOES NOT AFFECT THE HEAD SUPPORT... and also, the most serious issue is a slight tilt of the whole chair to the right (about 1 centimeter, maybe a little more), which is noticeable, the mechanism that connects the backrest to the seat is nice with metal parts that somehow feminize and tighten them with 3 screws. One central one that cannot be adjusted and two others that do not have a hole in one metal but small guides so that you can adjust it a little, etc., and bring it where you want if such an issue arises... well, I have solved it, tightened it 3 times and still couldn't bring it, given the central screw, the other two don't take much, resulting in me believing that it is a construction issue... it doesn't seem to affect the comfort for now, however, my opinion is that for a chair of 170 euros, you don't expect these particularly tilts... some of these you will see (not to say expect) in chairs of 80-100-120 euros... I will also talk to the company, if it is a "defective" product or a part (it is easy and logical to have some imperfections or deviations in a production line) it's fine if not, it's for 140 euros max, and that's if there are no issues with the foam mechanisms and the leather doesn't wear out quickly... I will come back.
Update 01/04, it started creaking when the backrest is locked.
The company's response is correct, immediate communication with a technician, they acknowledged the issue and proposed solutions. From this, I am at least quite satisfied.
7/12/2022 - It is as it was, we work on it for over 10 hours a day and it hasn't had any issues, the cushion hasn't "sunk," the leather hasn't worn out, and it continues to be equally comfortable. I still believe it is expensive. Also, I want to emphasize that it is indeed uncomfortably warm in the summer, I put a sheet underneath to avoid sweating too much
