I bought it on 7/7/2020 for cooling, it works perfectly! However, for heating, it makes a lot of noise. It reaches the desired temperature quickly, but it doesn't maintain it. It stays on constantly instead of turning off when it reaches the set temperature. It also consumes a lot of energy. I regret not buying another Inventor product. It's not worth the discomfort it causes. Stay away
Awesomeeee... Affordable for its price and with incredible performance. The only downside is that when connecting the box externally, there were no basic accessories such as soldering irons, support bases, or mounting materials
As soon as I got it, it leaks from the external unit, and when I swallow it, the indicator burns on the second day. What will happen on the third day, will it explode?
My review is based on the quality of the machine's construction. The machine was received on 22/02/2021 and today, 23/02/2021, the installation was attempted. I say attempted because as soon as the installation was completed, when we lifted its safety on the panel with the technicians, the leakage relay on the panel would trip. After an hour of testing, the conclusion was that the internal unit's circuit board is to blame.
Other than that, the machine is brand new, but now I am forced to wait 3 days for the authorized service center to check what is wrong - even though we already know what is wrong - and I don't know how much longer it will take for the replacement part to arrive.
You ultimately get what you pay for.
I wanted 2 air conditioners for my house, one for a 60sqm living room and one for a 12sqm bedroom, to avoid using the radiator at borderline temperatures of 17-19 degrees Celsius and to slightly break the cold. With 620 and 280, a total of 900 + 160 for installation, I thought it was a good deal. My comparison is with an Invendor nemesis 24 and a Mitsubishi 12ri that I have in my country house. For which I would have to pay 1050 for the Invendor and 500 for the 12ri + 160, a total of 1700 for both. I decided to save the 700. The Tesla 24 compared to the 24, Nemesis Invendor is like day and night. They have more than 5 degrees difference, with a rating of 10 being excellent. My stinginess got the best of me and I regretted it. However, you can't call them useless, they simply do what they cost.
It fit perfectly in a unified space of 48sqm and I can say that it works great. I have set it at 23 degrees! What also impresses me is the quality of the plastic of the indoor unit. No creaking or cracking from expansions-contractions. The outdoor unit is silent and also of excellent quality. I will come back for anything else (and for cooling in the summer).

Now that it is in operation, it started dripping from the indoor unit. The technicians came and came again. The indoor unit was replaced (within the warranty). The problem was caused by the first installers from the store where I bought it. This was the response from the dealership technicians. They had pressed it too hard against the wall during installation.

The material is quite cheap, it is made of plastic. I wouldn't say it's durable because as soon as we received it and tried to assemble it, we found that a piece inside was broken. Other than that, it does its job quite well in a small space
The air conditioner has been installed in the kitchen, which is an open space with the living room, with an area of 30 sq.m. It entered a 44 square meter living room-kitchen space and cools the entire area in just a few minutes, and in fact, the coolness reaches inside the rooms. In a few words, it cools everything in a 67 square meter house, it is quiet, and it is worth the money of the 300€ purchase made 4 months ago. I am returning after about 4 months, with an outside temperature of around 13 degrees and the indoor space set at 25 degrees on medium scale, and I am almost sweating with a shirt on. It was ultimately worth the money in hot and cold weather.

I have it in 12000 btu in a total space of 55 sqm. Installed in the living room-kitchen and in 2 minutes, set at 26, the cool air is distributed incredibly fast. After a few minutes, with the room open, it reaches and cools that too! It is satisfactorily quiet and overall it is what I wanted! Economical and effective! I haven't tried it for heating yet, but I believe it won't disappoint me!! Tesla warranty... Very good and I recommend it to you!!!
I put it into operation yesterday! From the first moment, you can tell that you have a high-quality and silent machine in your hands!!! I will come back later with more information! Purchase date 4-05-2020. Solid and high-quality air conditioner at first glance. Adjusted opening at 26" during the three-day period on May 15th with 40" degrees outside. The air conditioner works great, remains silent, and I leave it at 26" to avoid getting too cold. All of this in 13 minutes. Installed on the 4th floor with a terrace above and in a 40sqm space. At night, on the Low setting, it reminded me of a Fujitsu that I had installed in another house in 2011 and it would lull me to sleep. (since 2015, Fujitsu has gone downhill)
The economical price for the air conditioner was 300€. Of course, anyone who wants can get the Inventor for 450€, which is EXACTLY the same high-quality air conditioner. If you know what I mean.
