The introduction to law aims to provide law students with a concise overview of the world of law. It is divided into two parts, General and Special. The first part explains as simply as possible the concept, purpose, and overall function of law as a whole. At this point, it visually presents the positions, in key points, of the philosophy of law and legal methodology. The second part briefly describes the content of legal regulation in all major branches (civil, commercial, constitutional, administrative, criminal, and procedural law).
The reference prepares the reader for the relevant regulation, but does not include a highly concise summary of it. The wording of the work has been done in such a way as to be understandable not only by law students, to whom it is primarily addressed, but also by students of other scientific fields, and even by those who are interested in getting just a "taste" of law.
