When I applied it without wetting it with lukewarm water, everything was fine with some, let's say, positive results on the pain I had. When I wet it and applied it again after 2 days, I had an incredible tingling sensation and I didn't feel any warmth at all. I took it off after 20 minutes and felt relieved. I won't choose it again, there are much better options.
