At first, I got them in size 18.5 because my little one wears that size. They were too small, the heel was sticking out. I exchanged them and got size 21. They have a narrow fit. Size 21 is the same for both the slippers in the photo and the sneakers. They are the same brand, just the slippers have a narrow fit, so make sure to get a bigger size

The slippers are very good. My little one is 4 and we bought them for the swimming pool. They dry relatively quickly. I will buy them again when these no longer fit him.
