The design emerged after collaboration with experienced CrossFit athletes. The combination of the three finger holes and the reinforced wrist make it absolutely durable for tough competitive use. It is placed on the palm based on either the conventional or the gymnastic approach (the holes are supported on the first joint of the three fingers). The leather is 3 millimeters thick for men with the aim of increasing the grip and training the forearm, thereby enhancing the athlete's grip strength. The shape allows partial contact of the palm with the bar to maintain a sense of control over movements. Particular attention was given to wrist support, where a combination of cotton and non-elastic strap was chosen.
