They replaced it immediately. The second time, the same issue occurred, and I suggested that they send me a higher quality one and I would pay the difference. Their response was that they wanted the original product in its box, which was impossible because I had thrown it away. (I can only imagine that the second one would also be problematic) They did not accept then. I consider this product to be problematic. Be very careful.

The upper switch of the open-close has a very unpleasant feeling, it is hard, and if you want to have a good feeling, it is definitely not what you are looking for. Especially if you want to have minimal water adjustment, you cannot calculate correctly due to the hardness of the switch.
I also confirm what others have written to you, there seems to be a problem with the very small flow of hot water when, for example, you go from cold to hot and vice versa. It seems that it cannot reach the temperature you choose unless you open the water flow very much.

Ask for the productΕίχα αγοράσει μία που ήταν αρκετά σκληρός ο επιλογέας βρύσης-ντουζιερας (ειδικά όταν δεν έτρεχε νερό) που στο τέλος έσπασε. Ήταν βιδωτό το καπάκι αλλά είναι αδύνατον πλέον να χρησιμοποιηθεί. Ότι άλλη βρύση έχω πάρει τόσα χρόνια ήταν νορμάλ και άλλαζες βρύση-ντουζ πολύ εύκολα. Είναι μαλακός σε αυτή τη βρύση ο επιλογέας αυτός?
Η δικια μου ειναι μια χαρα. (την εχω 5-6 μηνες)
Πόσο είναι το μήκος από τον ένα σωλήνα στον άλλο; Οι διαστάσεις είναι πάντα ίδιες σε όλες τις βρύσες μπανιέρας;
Από το κέντρο του ενός σωλήνα μέχρι το κέντρο του άλλου σωλήνα είναι 15 εκατοστά. Χωρίς να είμαι υδραυλικός, έχω την εντύπωση πως αν όχι όλες, οι περισσότερες βρύσες αυτή την απόσταση έχουν. Άλλωστε αυτό είναι εύκολο να το μάθεις αν πάρεις όσους περισσότερους φίλους έχεις και τους ρωτήσεις να μετρήσουν την απόσταση ή απλά να πάρεις τηλέφωνο ένα κατάστημα υδραυλικών.
