After two months of use and due to a factory problem, it started showing error H20 as it was losing water due to poor base inclination and automatically turning off after 1 minute of heating. Very bad purchase

Fast and easy to use, but it sometimes heats the water excessively or too little, so you have to let the milk cool down or reheat it. Rarely do we achieve the exact temperature. Otherwise, it's good if you want to avoid boiling.

Very good purchase, we immediately found the time it takes for the appropriate temperature. It solves our hands!

It suited me very well! You can adjust the desired time so that it reaches the appropriate temperature and sterilize quickly if you want a bottle!

After 2-3 uses, you find the time it takes and it is very convenient. It takes distilled water.

The white disc must be removed before heating to avoid leakage. The leakage is from the bottle when the disc has not been removed. The water rises from the green attachment and overflows just below the white disc of the bottle. It is also good to unscrew the bottle just before boiling because with the heat and pressure increase, it can also overflow and find some water in the bottle after heating.
I only use demineralized water to avoid premature salts and cleanings.
With time, you easily get used to the use. The panel is convenient as an initial aid.

It solved our problem! We were struggling with "double-boiling" before it was recommended to us, and afterwards we truly relaxed! You can find the desired temperature after a few attempts (trial & error - it helps to take notes, once you see the indicative times in the instructions, how many ml you heat, in what time you try, so that you understand if it needs more or less next time). The build quality could have been better (sometimes a few drops of water leak during heating) but it's not something significant. It did its job for us, perfectly fine.

I read very good reviews here and decided to buy it. It turned out to be good, but not as they presented it. I believe it is more useful when babies are bigger and consistently drink a certain amount of milk from specific bottles. Unfortunately, for newborns who are still variable and you are still searching for the bottle that suits your baby best, it will be difficult to calculate the ideal temperature in relation to the quantity and quality of the bottle (plastic or glass). The price is considered satisfactory. It shows good quality construction, but lately we have noticed water leakage from the tank when it is operating. It is a small leakage, though. One needs to experiment to find the exact operating time in order to achieve the desired temperature. This is a function of both the bottle type and the quantity of milk. Also, if you store breast milk in the refrigerator, obviously you will need even more time. Overall, we are satisfied. We will check the leakage issue to see if it is due to our own mistake and we will come back if necessary.

I give it one star because I think it is a bit slow. Otherwise, it's fine, it does what it says. Good quality materials and construction, I have been using it for 6 months without any problems

After 2 years of use, I have purchased 2 heaters, one for each year because they were burning out. Now I am on the third heater, so it will probably last me for about a year.
You might ask why I buy it, because we have all Dr. Brown's series bottles, so there is no other option, not that there won't be other compatible heaters, and a second reason is that we have learned the heating times and we are not willing to learn something new.

All products from Dr Brown are excellent...this particular one with a timer allows you to choose how many minutes you want to warm it up, and it notifies you when it's ready...

The entire Dr. Brown's series is excellent, they practically help with the baby and improve milk digestion, making them ideal for babies with severe colic.
