I use them for free diving and the speed they allow to achieve is amazing, just take one size smaller, I took my size and I have to wear them with 2 pairs of thick socks. They also could be softer, they're quite harsh on feet when you swim.
They are soft, with good rebound and quality construction materials. They are not exactly lightweight but they don't tire you out either. The shoe is intended for use with socks, so for anyone not wearing socks, they should go for a size smaller. With good technique, they lift you up just fine from 25m.
Let's start with the positives, the construction materials are good, especially the rubber. However, coming from another Cressi fin, it has many negatives. Firstly, they are heavy fins. For someone who is used to fins of moderate hardness and wants them for professional or semi-professional use, they are too soft and will not serve you well in difficult situations. They bend incredibly, so they are likely suitable for beginners or women. After two hours of use without socks, they will hit you in the Achilles tendon area, as the finish of the rubber has not been taken into account. Also, without socks, you will need to put insoles that do not fit very well and you may lose them or they may bother you... In general, they are good fins, especially for snorkeling, but personally, they are not what I need for more professional use.
Lightweight, more flexible than most (for those looking for such a thing), so they are comfortable for long distances without the need for very fast dives. If you don't wear them with socks, get them one size smaller. The construction materials are excellent.
Very good sandal, soft and lightweight, I have done 5 fishing trips and so far I am completely satisfied. Value for money choice. The packaging also includes insoles for better fit.
City good sandal comfortable soft in swimming..careful and high quality..I would suggest a smaller size than what you normally wear as it has a wide fit
