I have had the product for about 3 months. I did not see any reviews, I couldn't find anything on the internet about this specific product (although there are references to a similar one that is sold for a little more expensive). Before making the purchase, I contacted one of the sales companies to get as much information as I could. There is no warranty provided since it doesn't have any parts that can break, as it is actually a magnet that passes through the water. Also, there is no trial period and no money-back guarantee if it doesn't deliver what it promises (at least not from the store where I bought it).

My area has relatively good water quality, but a good test for minerals was the shower. To clarify, the shower is built with tiles everywhere and glass doors at the entrance and exit. After each shower, if you let the water dry on the tiles, it will leave salt stains, so if they disappeared after the installation, it means that the device is working.

Imagine the result with one star rating ;).

Because there are other magnets that are much cheaper, I was deceived by the price difference and decided to buy something worthwhile.

At least this specific product doesn't do what it promises, the stains remain the same as before, so at least for the job I needed it for, it definitely did nothing. I imagine it's the same for the salts in the faucets and pipes, I shouldn't expect anything more.

It has been installed, of course, in the main water supply after the water meter so that it can serve the entire household network.
