It bloats you for a moment and then after 2 hours you get hungry like a wolf. Nevertheless, I took it for a month and I'm taking it again. With caution in my diet (no fats and bread, and slightly smaller portions) and plenty of water, I saw 2.5 kilos go away and my body change. My weight had been stuck for years due to a slow metabolism. The instructions state: for individuals with a body mass index of 25-30 (overweight) and not to be used by individuals with a BMI below 18. Obviously, if you are thin and want to lose a kilo in your belly, it won't work. Also, don't expect to lose 20 or 30 kilos just with the pill. It requires a special diet and exercise simultaneously.
