It includes a mobile phone holder and a small tripod, while its mount is the standard screw type that all cameras have. This is important because I needed to place it high and I put it on a regular camera tripod, while the mobile phone mount can also accommodate a microphone or other accessory with the same type of mount.
The small tripod it comes with is metallic and very sturdy. The lamp itself and the plastic parts around it are the only points that reveal its price, but in the many months that it has endured a lot of use, it has not had any issues. The controller at the end of the cable is quite practical.
It has 3 light temperature settings and it will be suitable for all conditions, at least for simple vlogging and streaming. Of course, for photography and more professional work, you will need lights with a diffuser, etc. However, if you have a tight budget, you can play with the intensity and adjust it accordingly. Personally, besides basic lighting for streaming, I also needed it for a regular video presentation where I used it to fill in from a side angle. It can be powered from anywhere and it is very convenient. Maybe I would have liked a slightly longer cable, but I can't complain at such a price. At least, because it is powered by USB, you can use a USB extension of the same standard and get the job done.
For this price, it is perfect for basic things and to start with video.
