- Before first use, wash the utensil with hot water, dish soap, and a soft sponge.
- Grease the interior of the utensil with oil or butter before each use.
- Do not overheat the utensil when it is empty.
- Low or medium temperature is sufficient to achieve the best cooking results. The maximum temperature should not exceed 230°C.
- Do not fill the utensil more than 2/3 of its capacity to avoid overflow.
- Let the utensil cool down and then wash with hot water and dish soap.
- Use kitchen tools made of wood, plastic, or silicone for longer lifespan of the non-stick coating.
- Never cut food inside the utensil with sharp tools.
- Do not use acidic foods (e.g. tomato juice, citrus juice).
- The use of cooking spray will prolong the lifespan of the utensil and the non-stick coating.
- Prefer hand washing to ensure longer lifespan of the utensil.
- Do not use metal sponges, wire, or harsh cleaners.
- The non-stick coating complies with the regulation for materials in contact with food.
