I expected it not to be as low in calories, but it was fine, and along with other ingredients, you could hardly tell the difference from regular rice.

Konjac products have their characteristic rubbery texture when chewed, a neutral taste, and generally a higher price per kilogram compared to conventional pasta and rice. To add volume to one's meal without adding calories, in combination with vegetables and meat or with a tasty sauce, it works perfectly. This particular rice resembles more the sticky rice we make rather than the grainy one.

With good washing and a nice sauce, it really resembles rice in texture. It smells unpleasant if not washed well. Good solution with vegetables and tuna, like a soup with boiled chicken, it needs a little boiling and anyway it doesn't change anything, just to be incorporated into the ingredients.
