Dried mushrooms that maintain strong forest and hazelnut flavors for a long period of time. They cannot be cultivated due to the unique mycorrhizal relationships they develop with trees such as firs and chestnuts.
In Greek nature, they are collected in 2 seasons, Spring and Autumn.
The mushrooms are sliced and packaged in a plastic container produced by a Greek factory with a safety lid suitable for food.
