The fan is perfect, 5/5 from me.
The 7-liter capacity is very practical. It needs water maybe once every 10 hours - I haven't measured it, but that's my impression.
The remote control is convenient and small. Its batteries are AAA and included. It can be placed on the tower in a special position so it doesn't get lost.
All the indicator lights turn off after a few seconds, so they don't bother during sleep.
Its plastic is hard and of good quality. There are no creaking sounds during operation, even with the "air rotation" setting where the vertical grilles move automatically left-right.
I use it without ice packs and I recommend it to anyone who buys it. I really don't understand why I should bother for a short improvement in performance. Not to mention that I waste energy on the fridge (which will release all the heat from the water in the kitchen while trying to freeze it, canceling out any coolness and more).
Don't think of it as an air conditioner. It's a fan that has slightly better performance than regular ones. I don't think it's suitable for closed spaces because it increases humidity. It's for when there's an open window. I have it in a closed space, but I have air conditioning that dries the atmosphere, so I don't have a problem. In fact, I got it for exactly this reason. I use the air conditioner to cool down and with this fan, it's perfect. With the air conditioning, the humidity in the summer reaches very low levels (<30%) and it bothers me. With this machine, I bring the humidity to human levels and save energy.
It's relatively quiet at low speed, nothing impressive, just quieter than regular fans. At high speed, the noise is annoying but the airflow is very strong. Out of the 4 settings, I use it 80% of the time on 1 (low) and 20% on 2, I don't need more. It has wheels that help a lot with moving it - it's relatively heavy, especially when it's full of water and there's a risk of water spilling out of the reservoir.
The water tank can be removed and filled under the tap, but I find it much easier to have a 7-liter watering can and pull the tank slightly (2-3 centimeters) just enough to open it and fill it as needed from the opening that is created. This way, I don't need to interrupt its operation while filling it with water.
The only negative thing I have to mention is that when it operates with water, there is a gurgling sound. At low speed, where there is no other noise, it's a feng shui situation haha. It's quite audible and continuous. It doesn't bother me much, it's actually funny, but it seems very strange to me. I don't know if it's a bug or a feature.

I made some measurements and calculations that I present for those who find it useful.
I measured the temperature and humidity from the back, where the air enters, and from the front, where the air is expelled. The measurement was done in two settings, on scale 1 (lower scale) and on scale 4 (higher scale). Strangely, the results were the same:
- from 23 degrees Celsius, the air dropped by 1.2 degrees to 21.8
- from 35% (dry) humidity, it went to 45% (normal to dry).
According to measurements made by a Greek company, the air flow at 4 is 8.94 m³/minute, but I couldn't find the air flow at 1. The feeling is that it is approximately one-fourth, so the performance in the room is also approximately one-fourth.
